Club Travel Planning Process

01. CONNECT + BEGIN

To get started, complete our trip discovery form. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to schedule a brief 15-minute "get to know you" call. During this call, we'll discuss the type of trip you envision, identify your travel program needs, answer any questions, and ensure we’re the perfect fit to create an exceptional experience for you and your members. 

02. CONSULT + DESIGN

We’ll send your collaboration agreement and book a longer consultation session with you via Zoom. This allows us to dig deep to uncover your travel preferences, style, and “musts.” After 1-2 weeks, we’ll present your custom event proposal, making any tweaks necessary until it’s perfect. 

03. BOOK & MANAGE

Once you sign off on your itinerary, we’ll take it from here! Let us book and manage travel components for you, including hotel/resorts, tee times, group dining, private spaces, and more. As your departure date gets closer, we’ll even take care of the “little” details, like early arrival options, curating menus, securing happy hours, and additional destination activities.

04. STAY & PLAY

Before your departure, we’ll review your final itinerary with you and answer any questions you may have. Then it’s wheels up! While you travel, you’ll still have CHR support. Simply reach out to your club’s Golf Travel Advisor if you need assistance while traveling.

    Clubhouse Red takes a unique approach to golf travel planning. We reject the one-size-fits-all mentality and offer comprehensive in-house services that provide a high-touch client-advisor approach to your club’s golf travel needs.

    We present the best options when multiple courses are available, allowing you to choose what's best for your group—or play them all! Our PGA professionals assist in organizing games, on-course meals, private scoring spaces, celebratory cocktails, and more.

  • The Dining Experiences

    We highly recommend starting your stay with a welcome party on the evening of your arrival and ending it with a celebratory dinner on the final night. To make your dining experiences special, we prioritize private or intimate spaces and customize menu options to suit your group. Breakfast and lunch are usually planned around tee times, and we ensure everyone knows the best options or arrange meals before, during, or after rounds.

  • The Accomodations

    We specialize in working with U.S. golf resorts and aim for the most significant rooms with stunning views and proximity. Our goal is to ensure that our clients have an unforgettable golf trip, and this goes beyond just the golf course because it's hard to play four rounds on a poor night's rest.

    World-class golf destinations offer more than just golf—sometimes, they offer even more golf just how we like it. Depending on your needs, we can arrange additional activities to enhance your group vacation, such as wine or food tours, excursions, private cruises, workshops, or classes.
