Who We Are

We’ve spent years inside the golf industry and within club environments, and the past four building Clubhouse Red with a clear focus. We started this because we wanted to plan your trips—not hand you another package.

There’s a real heart for service behind it. A respect for how clubs operate. And a genuine interest in where and how your members want to travel. What began as a simple idea has grown into something more defined: a dedicated travel resource that works alongside your club, making golf travel easier to offer and better to experience.

01. CONNECT + BEGIN

To get started, complete our trip discovery form. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to schedule a brief 15-minute "get to know you" call. During this call, we'll discuss the type of trip you envision, identify your travel program needs, answer any questions, and ensure we’re the perfect fit to create an exceptional experience for you and your members. 

DISCOVERY FORM

02. CONSULT + DESIGN

We’ll send your collaboration agreement and book a longer consultation session with you via Zoom. This allows us to dig deep to uncover your travel preferences, style, and “musts.” After 1-2 weeks, we’ll present your custom event proposal, making any tweaks necessary until it’s perfect. 

03. BOOK & MANAGE

Once you sign off on your itinerary, we’ll take it from here! We book the travel components for you, including rooms, tee times, group dining, private spaces, and more.

04. STAY & PLAY

Before your departure, we’ll review your final itinerary with you and answer any questions you may have.
Then it’s wheels up!
